Ben Olson is a contemporary artist who lives and works in Central Florida. His colorful, expressive works pay homage to a multitude of characters with a nod to sports figures, film, and animation. His distinctive personal style expresses his love for the world of film, comics, and iconic characters.

Imagination and creativity flow through his veins and out the end of a brush, pen, pencil, or whatever else he can find. Using an energetic vibrant color palette, Olson's art creates a world of visual delight with a quirky and stylistic feel.

From the age of 5, Olson was given the tools to set his imagination free. Upon his acceptance at the prestigious Ringling School of Art & Design, Olson pursued a career in the visual arts that would lead to creating advertising works for Verizon, Mattel, and Simon Malls. Undoubtedly one of the artists who have made the biggest impression on Olson is Chuck Jones, so it’s no surprise that he has found a home at the Chuck Jones Gallery.

Never wanting to be an artist with just one method, Olson creates in several mediums paying homage to other influential artists such as Picasso, using his modern interpretation and harmonious color palette.

Up-and-coming to the forefront of the animated art scene, he is an internationally renowned artist, with his work and talent reaching across international waters in Asia and Europe.

His studio is the playground for all things creative for the Chuck Jones Gallery and his creator owned series “The Journey”.
