12 DAYS | 24 DRAWINGS ONE BIG SUCCESS!

Here is how it worked…

Starting on December 13th, 2020 I began the 12 Art Drops of Christmas. This 12 day event is all about the joy of art and giving to others. Here is how it worked.

Each day I posted on my Instagram @benolson_art an art drop consisting of two original drawings from characters and character mashups I love.

In that post was a location in and around Schaumburg, IL (i.e. “I’m at Chicago Prime Italian”) with clues as to wear the art drop is as well as a picture or video of just a hint to the exact placement (i.e. “It’s all about Christmas Trees”).

It was then up to you to find this art drop first. When you did all I asked is that you post to Instagram or Facebook and tag me please.

Now here is where you took what I gave you, and you gave to someone else. There were two original drawings, I wanted you to keep one, then gift one to a friend, family member or whoever you think would enjoy that.

Just like that, over 12 hilarious days, we spread the joy of art and giving with one act of kindness at a time and had a great time doing it.
